The Republicans in the House and Senate, if they allow Trump to "DICTATE" everything, don't realize the next thing he shuts down, will be the legislative branch, and they will all be out on the street..........He already has the complete control of the Executive Branch and the Judicial Branch............There will be no need for the legislative if he is going to keep making his own rules and laws, and not acknowledge existing laws........
