The great Roman General Scipio Aemilianus is watching the fall of Carthage... after a long siege the Roman Army has taken the city and is following orders to burn the city to the ground and salt the earth.

Scipio turns to the great historian Polybius and says:

"A glorious moment, Polybius; but I have a dread foreboding that some day the same doom will be pronounced on my own country"



Decades of the US funding and supporting Global disorder and chaos... it might be a fitting end.
