14. Not sure that would be constitutional.

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.

That sounds like it would prevent someone that has been elected to office twice from serving part of someone else's term.

Not that that necessarily matters. It was how Putin kept power form many years - changing job titles without changing powers.

But we can hope some of the folk that have sworn to defend the Constitution would actually do so.
