I often wear a mask and have not had a cold or flu in years.
No way to know if that is due to retirement and less exposure to folks with either or wearing a mask.
Most of us in the Caribbean dont do flu shots.

In even remotely crowded spaces. I grocery shop at 6 AM so I don't then (only a few re-stockers in the store)

Both my wife and I do. If we're out of the house (and out of the car) we're masked.
