He was hired as a prosecutor but fired when he could not pass the Bar Exam.

He then went into another direction.

His serious heroin addiction has been a problem since he was 15 years old.
His brother had the same addiction and it killed him.

Yes we have a man who could not pass the bar exam.
Who is obviously a paranoid psychotic drug addict who is in charge of our healthcare.
