The U.S. Senate race in Pennsylvania is officially heading to a recount. The state’s Secretary of the Commonwealth ordered all 67 counties to count their ballots again as Republican Dave McCormick’s 3,380,310 votes is within 0.5% of incumbent Democrat Bob Casey’s 3,350,972, triggering a recount under the Election Code. Multiple outlets have already called the race for McCormick, but Casey has yet to concede. Read more from @SpotlightPA.
