I would have handled my situation differently had I just been prepared. I would have called him out on it right there and then.

I think that their arrogance will reveal itself in different ways. It's all about power. And how powerful they feel as part of a winning group.

Think Super Bowl champions and they knew exactly who was going to win and they bet big.

Not sure there's a handbook on this. Maybe reading almost anything by Timothy Snyder or Ruth Ben-Ghiat.

Be aware of warning signs whatever they may be.

When work situations start looking different, that would be the warning sign.

But be prepared for changing situations.
