MAGA at work. Be prepared for different attitude toward YOU!

I had an encounter last week in a meeting. The team leader responded in a way that he would have never done before.
And after I thought about about it, he responded in a way that he wouldn't normally have the capability of.

I think he was trained to twist his response around so it would look like I'm blaming specific people for a company problem.

It was smooth. It got me burnt up, but I didn't know how to handle it at the time. Because I was surprised.

But it was a psychological tactic. And he himself isn't smart enough to know this tactic. He had to have been trained.

So, a warning to you all. Be careful at work. Things might change in a way you might not be prepared for.

Sidenote: I never talk politics at work. But I don't exude MAGA at all.
