32. The Pressure of Potential Inheritance in Weathy Families can be a very corrupting influence.

If you stand up to, expose, or in a lot of cases avoid the corruption and degradation, you stand to lose all standing in what can appear to be the only way to live. The fear of the fall and the knowledge of how you could suddenly be cut off, can blind you to any possible escape. By the time you inherit, and are free, you could be in your eighties, and the monster that has ruled and ruined your life will be out of reach. It is possible that the money may not be as big as everyone imagined so the reward at the end of the tunnel could be an illusion.

Generational money can be very dark, and in the end, a greedy and well placed sibling can take all you bowed for, scraped for and took abuse for. In those families you can expect a greedy and well placed sibling. That is part of what the situation often teaches a child.

Those who have escaped and managed simpler lives, may have reduced fortunes, but they are the ones that are free.

Ivanka is a monster, but her monstrosity was groomed and shaped. Her father created cults around him as his number one job. He punished ruthlessly, destroyed innocent business men, and in his circle defined "class," when he never for a moment knew what class was.
