Since he can't obtain the secret identification of the grand jury witnesses, he can certainly try to intimidate them in general (without naming names) by publicly blowing the dog whistle to his MAGAt hordes. The same horde that has been hounding/stalking other potential witnesses such as Mike Pence and Mark Meadows.
