While local (yours was hyper local), state, and federal may not be that close: although in a single AD/ED it might be; in extreme cases it could be by 2 - 5 votes; anyone of Democratic voters in purple areas could be them.

Every. Vote. Counts! .

(And in blue areas - I like the most blue votes in any race)
