and between the lot of them none of them had more than a casual interest in the two latest episodes of gun killers. They didn't know where the incident occurred and didnt even care enough to check before settling on the wrong City.

Likewise Trump didn't know either or care enough to have read the details. He just read the word string scrolling up the teleprompter, no more the wiser than his incompetent staff.
