(71,465 posts)and then Trump is exonerated by Mitch which he will be or even if he is not ...and remains in office...it will never be seen as anything but a waste of time and money. We could lose the house and you can't compare this to decades ago impeachment...the closest thing we have is Scott Walker who went on to win two more terms after he was impeached. We could end up with Trump for four more years with the courts, the house and the Senate...if that doesn't make you think twice about impeachment, I don't know what to say ...how about we simply win in 20...we have a little over a year until the election...there is no reason to risk handing Trump another term and losing the house. We will not remove him from office any other way but to win the 20 election.
