Counting Down to an Excecutive/DOJ Constitutional Crisis

Seriously. As the Mueller investigation gets more and more information from more and more insiders in the Trump campaign, etc., it's very likely that we're getting closer to a crisis point.

Here's the problem: The DOJ is an Executive Branch organization. That means that the President is at the top of the command chain. Faced with possible criminal charges, what would the President do? For any regular President, it wouldn't be an issue, but Trump is no regular President.

We're getting closer and closer, I think, to a fundamental battle between the DOJ and the White House. Where than ends is difficult to predict, I think. Trump may well attempt to throw his weight around and shut it all down. Can he do that? Well, probably yes, which throws the entire mess over to the Congress, which has the last word on Presidents, through the impeachment process.

Make no mistake: We're headed for a constitutional crisis. Will it happen before or after the end of 2018? That may make all the difference. In the meantime, I have one suggestion for everyone:
