54. After listening to comey in interviews, I think that is what he likes to tell himself.

My take away on comey is that is he likes to think of himself as a non-partisan but in his heart he's a repub, and a sexist as well. He's in denial about his own motivations for his actions. I don't think he's being dishonest or disingenuious, but he doesn't have a clear take on how his actions are percieved.

For instance, the scolding of Hillary was unprecedented - can you imagine him saying those things to a male candidate, any male candidate? I can't.

He also said that trumpft should not be impeached, that is was up to the people to vote hime out, totally overlooking the fact that trumpft could be guilty of actions that do require impeachement proceedings.

comey precieves himself as an honest guy, and he probably is. But in his heart, he a repub and his worldview is pretty narrow.
