Building Our Own Coffins

Why are we voting to approve people for cabinet positions they are either clearly not qualified to hold or will absolutely use to abuse their power, either for themselves or him or both.
Feels like we are building our own coffins by cooperating in any way.
Resist. That should be our only mantra. That is what people want. That will help build confidence in people that we are putting them first and that is how you win back the House in two years and the WH in four.

Seriously. Don't vote for anything that hurts our democracy. Should be easy.

Note I didn't say vote against everything - If it is something that is good for our democracy, they definitely should vote for it. Chance are however, that nothing they put forward will actually help our country.

It is and has been for decades an Institutionalist Party that views bipartisan cooperation as the correct mode of representative government.

That is even true, sometimes. This is not one of those times.
This is, unequivocally, a fascist takeover of the country. TSF has moved to consolidate power and control and is overtly ignoring laws and even Congress. I honestly believe that at the slightest justification he will declare martial law and suspend Congress. We are on the fast track to fascism and anyone that says differently is either pretend otherwise or has their own agenda.
