FarPoint, that is not only a fake, but the YouTuber ADMITS it's fake. Please see the disclaimers in
both the description of that particular video

All content is inspired by his publicly available interviews, speeches, public statements, and creative work for educational and informational purposes only.
and in the info about the channel, which you can find at
https://youtube.com/@VoiceOf-Hollywood
when you click on
"...more" above the Subscribe button. The channel description has a longer disclaimer:
⚠️ Disclaimer: This is a fan-made channel and is not affiliated with Robert De Niro, his production companies, or any organizations he is associated with. All content is inspired by his publicly available interviews, speeches, public statements, and creative work for educational and informational purposes only.
We use visual lip-syncing and narrated voiceovers to pair clear explanations with on-screen footage solely to enhance understanding and viewer engagement.
Our mission is to highlight Robert De Niros publicly expressed viewsmaking his insights on film, society, politics, and contemporary issues more accessible to a wider audience.
We present his viewpoints respectfully and accurately, without any intent to mislead, impersonate, or imply personal involvement.
That's BS, of course, since their intent was to mislead and impersonate. They know from comments their deepfakes are tricking people, as this one tricked you and others here. They shouldn't be creating these videos at all - they rip off De Niro, treat him as a puppet - but at the very least, they should have clearly labeled all the videos on their channel as AI.
And although the channel names are different, this could very well be the same AI user who generated deepfakes of Obama and Jimmy Kimmel that fooled DUers last month.
See my Community Help thread, OP and replies, about those fakes

and see my reply 2 in the thread that had the Obama deepfake
https://www.democraticunderground.com/100220808654#post2
for the similar-sounding disclaimer with those deepfakes.
And also see my reply 9 update in the Community Health thread

for a link to my message about a fake Jimmy Kimmel video that had been posted to DU
https://www.democraticunderground.com/100220836071#post34
and that was not only fake, but had a disclaimer where the AI-using YouTuber had inserted Gavin Newsom's name instead of Kimmel's - and then corrected it at least a day later. Indicating that fraudster probably had Gavin Newsom deepfakes uploaded to yet another YouTube channel, and had lost track of which name went with each channel.
But whether or not it's the same AI-using fraudster, it's still a deepfake, still fraud and completely unethical, even with the disclaimers few people are likely to notice.
I'm sorry you were tricked, but your OP is now tricking others into spreading this deepfake.
Please delete it.
And please be more careful.
I'm sorry I didn't see your thread earlier. My thanks to SheltieLover for pointing it out to me.
