He has almost all his facts wrong. First, TikTok was not down when he made his video as he said it was - that was a lie. Trump's executive order was not thrown out of court. There was an injunction that delayed implementation of the ban, then Biden's executive order reversed Trump's executive order.

Trump was not still in favor of banning TikTok when Congress passed the legislation. He came out against banning TikTok well before the legislation was passed. It was not late in the campaign as this idiot said.

Trump is no "savior" of TikTok. Donald Trump has no authority to reverse the ban. This guy is a moron. Trump can only pause the ban for 90 days. This is a stupid conspiracy theory as bad as any that MAGAs come up with.
