The 11th Circuit's mystery of why they are not ruling against Judge Cannon and Trump on the Special Counsel's report issue continues, as they issue a half baked order that fails or forgets to address the Mar-a-Lago Volume 2 report and whether it can be given to Congress per the Special Counsel law.
