MAGAs in the state to unite and feel less outnumbered? To be willing to act against the liberals in rebellious uprisings?

In my state of NY, the urban areas are liberal, but rural areas, villages, and small cities are red. Some of the vilest RWers and racist militias are in rural NY.

Is Trump preparing those MAGA supporters to rise up against the liberal majorities in their states?
