. . . Then why do hurricanes tend to move across certain areas that they have historically always impacted?

Wouldn't a hurricane, or just a continuous string of rainy days, be very useful in the desert? Heck, an old timer like Biden would have ordered up a charming snowfall for Christmas at the White House.

Man, I can think of so many useful things to do if I could control the weather. I have already confessed my cherished hope to see Trump struck by lightening while he is in the midst of saying something particularly self-aggrandizing.

The fact that Moron Traitor Greed has not been struck by lightning multiple times, nor had a house fall on her that was delivered by a tornado, and that Merde-a-lardo has not been washed from the face of the earth, is proof enough that Dems don't control the weather.
