Vance scares me more than Trump. I sure hope Harris/Walz is victorious. I feel like I've been holding my breath for months. Scary times!

4. Just finished her book: A Return to Common Sense

How to fix America Before We Really Blow It.

I'd say it is, by far, the best book I've read recently explaining where we are and how we can fix it.

It explains coherently how our government works, and how it doesn't.

If you want to understand exactly what we're facing, and enjoy the learning, I highly recommend this book. If I could afford to, I'd buy copies by the truckload and hand them out all across the country.

I reread Common Sense by Thomas Paine before starting this book but don't think that's necessary to be inspired by this book to do whatever one can to save our republic.
