Rule of law is in a battle with SCOTUS traitors. That's the way you combat it, KO is correct. You throw the whole thing back at them and concede little or nothing. "official" is a SCOTUS construct. The criminal code is still unchanged. You find a way around that insipid ruling. Go for broke.

because I've said much the same thing about backwoods bigots who somehow manage to get elected in Dixie. I seem to recall telling my mother that Jesse Helms sounded like he was trying to talk around a mouthful of dog turds. She tried to look shocked and then ruined it by laughing.
