Pence would never insinuate that Trump was wrong or lying. But he didn’t generate a bunch of lies that are just as bad as what comes out of TSF’s mouth.

And he didn't give his own take on anything, just quoted TFG. And whoever played him on SNL had the easiest job, he rarely had any lines, was only physically there in the political sketches, whoever played TFG did all the talking, just like real life. In this campaign Vance's lies often take the lead.
