Trump Loses Gag Order Challenge in NY Appeals Court; Gag Order REMAINS In Place - Glenn Kirschner
Seems there is no court case Donald Trump can't lose. The highest appeals court in New York just rejected Trump's attempt to get the existing gag order in his New York criminal case lifted. The appeals court rejected Trump's arguments and left the gag order in place while Trump's case is pending sentencing. - Glenn Kirschner - 09/12/2024.
