...that would clearly be an attempt to sway the outcome of the election one way or the other and election interference like that is illegal.

Trump attorney grumbling that any such information must be held back until after the election sounds like he's telling the judge she has to accommodate the wishes of a political campaign. Judge Chutkan isn't having it; her trial is not related to any particular campaign.

The more I read from her, the more faith I am managing to keep alive in the judicial system. Now, about Justice Thomas... yeah, there was some shade sent his way too.
