When he speaks, it is from the experience of knowing how it is supposed to work. Generally
THE DIPSHIT says this and then sometime later without a lot of fanfare the courts say "NOT
SO FAST ASSHOLE." THAT is the part we do not always get to hear, the courts actually held the
line!
