Having a Convicted Felon run your country is like:

Having Willie Sutton work for your bank,
Having Al Capone run your city,
Having an insider trading suspect run the NYSE,
and
Having a conspiracy nut run the FBI.

This fully explains his "choices" to run federal departments.
