2. I don't think his endorsement would make a bit of difference.

We don't like him and MAGA doesn't like him. Nicolle is right that he should endorse Harris instead of being his usual chickenshit self; and it might have had some small effect if he'd done it earlier, but at this point, if he doesn't - or if he does - it won't move the needle one way or the other.
