When Vance says that neither he nor Trump has said they’d take money directly from Michigan autoworkers or take money out of Michigan, it’s sleazy rhetorical subterfuge. He and Trump are running on a platform that would nix untold numbers of manufacturing jobs in the Rust Belt—exactly the sort of jobs that Vance regularly rhapsodizes about as the foundation of a virtuous working-class life in the heartland.

2. He's attacking anyone or anything that he knows refuse to support him, but he's already attacked the late night comedians

So this isn't new. But Kamala Harris's terrific appearance last night warranted a new attack. And that's what he does, did it regarding his loss in 2020, he sued everyone that didn't say he "won." I'm listening to Liz Cheney's book and he refused to listen to advisors who told him that he lost, actually fired several of those in essential jobs (like at the Pentagon) and replaced them with inexperienced "loyalists," further destabilizing the government during his "lame duck" period.

And we've heard during these back-to-back hurricanes, that he also refused assistance to states or areas that he figured hadn't supported him when hurricanes hit while he was still in office. He has no business leading a country, his father left him millions and yet all his businesses failed and he's declared bankruptcy 6 times.

Thanks for the info. Good to know the details and that pretty much tracks with everything I know about him. And the projection..that President Biden would starve Republican regions of the country re: relief.
He really projects.

He isn’t fit to feed my cats..nor is Vance..he might try to eat them! Wouldn’t let either one of them near my cats or couch come to that .
It is a shocking mix of absurd and scary..that pair. I never thought I would say this, but I miss Mike Pence. All indications are that Vance wouldn’t have had even the basic sanity Pence had.
