Jimmy Carter celebrates birthday with military flyover - CBS Texas

Carter celebrated Tuesday in his backyard in Plains, Georgia, surrounded by a few dozen friends and family members as well as his Secret Service detail. A military flyover with four fighter jets took place at 12:30 p.m. ET on the dot. - Aired on 10/01/2024.

He is arguably the most intelligent president, also the kindest, and most generous in spirit.
A man who through his faith followed the teaching of Jesus, and applied them equally to all throughout his lifetime.
This country and the world will long remember him for these qualities.

And I have his autobiography, "A Full Life: Reflections at 90," and realize that I agree with him about pretty much everything. And he really has led one incredible life, gave back since he first ran for office in a local election - when he exposed the cheating that had been going on.
