like they've been doing for the last many decades. The Senate needing 60 votes to cut off debate and move forward to a vote is always their fallback of last resort if they can't get the House to obstruct. When I look around the world and see the progress countries like Germany have made I feel empty thinking of how far we could have come in the last 40 years if we didn't have this obstruction and GQP attitude about tearing down government.

The voice of the people could be squashed and discarded in favor of a dictator. I hope I'm wrong.
