The amount of favoritism he is being shown is disgusting. I think anyone who wants to committ a crime and wants to get off scott free should just declare they are a Republican running for office, and any attempt to prosecute them is election interference

The less violent J6 insurrectionists have already served their jail terms, while their "leader" who planned and was responsible for this desperate effort to overthrow the government - where people died - is STILL walking free and has yet to even face trial!

Alvin Bragg did not oppose the postponement which may be a major factor in Judge Merchant's decision

This might come as a surprise to some. But keep in mind that the prosecution did *not* oppose Trumps request for postponement. And that appears to be a key factor taken into account by Justice Merchan in determining that Trumps sentencing hearing ought to be delayed.
