Both times explicitly to make fun of Kerry's "flip-flops" on various positions. These were, of course, cases in which his position evolved over time, but NPR (bastion of the Liberal Media that it is) couldn't mock him fast enough.

Meanwhile, Trump completely changes position mid-sentence, while the media smiles and nods.

He said to one that he was voting in favor of the Florida abortion bill and to the other one that he was voting against it - in the space of a couple of days.

So total flip flop in a serious issue. Kamala simply moved back from being opposed to fracking. Now since oil is becoming irreverent, it almost doesnt matter.

And now Kamala Harris is opposed to fracking? That was a very controversial issue here in New York a few years ago.
