If, after the election but before the confirmation, an appeals court overturns any of these lower-court decided cases, that would give the rightwing a basis to ask a court to throw out the results of the general election, and therefore send the Presidential election to Congress?

Is that what they're planning?

will declare their county elections to be unfair and refuse to confirm the results.

the delay in courts will extend past jan 6 deadline, and the entire election is thrown into the house of reps. 1 state 1 vote. or onto the supreme court where trump's takes the crown.

Think. Again.

(be sure to choose YOUR state)

https://vote.gov/

Check your registration often, ESPECIALLY if you live in one the states mentioned above, or in a state where republicans can effect voter registrations in any way.

See ya in November!
