(16,090 posts)If, after the election but before the confirmation, an appeals court overturns any of these lower-court decided cases, that would give the rightwing a basis to ask a court to throw out the results of the general election, and therefore send the Presidential election to Congress?
Is that what they're planning?

the delay in courts will extend past jan 6 deadline, and the entire election is thrown into the house of reps. 1 state 1 vote. or onto the supreme court where trump's takes the crown.

so yea, they have a few prongs of attack, roughly similar to last time but wider scale and better supported. -
our best shot is to continue to psyche him out.
