An estimated 50,000 visitors are expected to attend next week's Democratic National Convention, with protest groups promising to bring tens of thousands of demonstrators to protest the Biden administration's support for Israel’s war against Hamas. 2. I certainly hope we don't see a repeat of the 1968 convention,

which I remember quite well. It would be a PR nightmare, and spoil much of the excitement for the Harris/Walz ticket. I don't have sympathy for these protestors. They come across as pro-Hamas, which is a terrorist group, and the chants of "Genocide Joe" and "Killer Kamala" are beyond the pale.

3. Hopefully law enforcement, doj, Homeland Security, etc...

....are keeping an EXTREMELY close eye on the many, many, rightwing militias that they are very well aware of.
