The Democratic National Convention will kick off in Chicago Monday - but it's not the first time the Windy City has hosted the major event. In 1968, a dramatic convention saw then-President Lyndon Johnson step aside, moving his Vice President to the top of the ticket, in an echo of President Joe Biden's move earlier this year. - Aired on 08/17/2024.
