Among its many troubling proposals for reshaping the federal government, Project 2025 also reaches into your personal relationships, aiming to use government power to shape them. It advocates making the traditional heterosexual nuclear family the "center" of the next Republican presidency's platform. The plan includes a series of initiatives to elevate a Christian nationalist perspective of family while sidelining non-traditional families, which now represent the majority of American households.

That its publication has been pushed back until after the election. But, if Trump loses, as now looks likely, then there’s no point in publishing it at all since it’s the blueprint for the Trump administration. The Heritage Foundation would be committing political suicide to publish it after Trump lost.

I’m guessing they haven’t thought that far ahead and if Trump loses it will just quietly vanish until 2028.
