His announcement was priceless.

He made a point of saying he was "recording this IN Wisconsin" - and had a deep tan.

In January.

Hovde loves holding these "economic policy" talks where he struts like a peacock - constantly predicts recessions, calling Trump "President Trump" while calling President Biden "Biden," and trying to convince everyone that we're headed for an Argentine-style collapse.

He should know Argentina collapsed, during the (GOP-backed) last dictatorship in 1981, thanks to the very same policies Bush pushed: wholesale financial deregulation, followed by the inevitable bubble and bad-debt crash.

Except, of course, Argentina didn't have a powerful Fed to bail it out - and Hovde, incredibly, seems angry that the Fed did bail the U.S. out.

Can you imagine if they hadn't - with all the assault weapons and coked-up yahoos in this country!? Think Mad Max.

She will always win. The farmers here love her and are very protective of her. This California guy the GOP recruited will be returning back to his mansion in California and back to running his bank.
