Breaking: Accused plotters of September 11 attacks agree to plead guilty - NBC News

The man accused of plotting the attacks of September 11 and two of his accomplices have reached a plea agreement in the military commissions process, the Pentagon announced. The three men have been held at a prison in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, for over 20 years.

Tribunals, extrajudicial detention.. none of this bodes well unless whatever court with jurisdiction calls this out for what it is.

We have a legal system capable of prosecuting even the worst monsters.
