I expect it to be Josh Shapiro, Roy Cooper or Mark Kelly.

Other names being floated -- like Kelly, Beshear, Shapiro, Whitmer -- all hold offices that would be at risk of going Republican if open. Roy Cooper is term limited, so he can't run again.
But yes, I think Buttigieg would be a fantastic choice. Best communicator of the names being floated. I fear he won't make the cut because the conventional thinking is that he would be a "first" too many.
