He should have kept his comments and thoughts on that between himself and the president. Tired arm…you don’t fire a pitcher for a tired arm.

A few weeks ago. Probably time for them to retire.

7. It was not only Jamie Raskin who I admired who was calling for the President to step down

But so many others who I liked and admired, Nancy Pelosi, Jon Tester, Sherrod Brown, Zoe Lofgren - and my own Senator Chuck Schumer. And I've often said that we've never managed to elect a female president in this country though so many other countries have decades ago - including India, Israel and Pakistan. And I've even been disappointed in the MSNBC hosts I watch - except for Lawrence O'Donnell, Michael Steele, Joy Reid and Katie Phang. I'll be interested in hearing what Lawrence has to say tomorrow. He knows more than I do, so I'll take to heart what he says.

But now things are looking up. Just goes to show me how much smarter they are than me. I was wrong.

I've been anxious for a long time that the convicted felon who tried to overthrow the government was actually permitted to run to lead that government when he should be behind bars with the thousands of violent insurrectionists he called to the Capitol on January 6th.

Now I’m starting to have more hope.

The most important thing is to dump trump. The big question is how to GOTV, especially all of those younger voters. I’m looking for them join in now that we have a younger candidate they may be able to relate too.

I remember being anxious for the 2016 election to be over so we'd never have to see or hear from the offensive blowhard again! So how long has it been now?? After all his criminal activities - and convictions - how is he still walking free?? So yes, the most important thing is to be rid of him for good. And of course I admire Joe Biden and I want Kamala Harris to win, but I remember when I went to a reunion just before the pandemic and my old friends and I agreed that we'd sooner vote for the next person who drove by than TFG! I still can't believe he's still with us after all the damage he's done since then.

4. This may be "bad-mouthing Democratic public figures"...

…but I want every one of those who went public against Joe to shut their damn mouths about it from now on. That goes for Raskin, Schiff, Brown, Clooney, and everybody else. And you better damn well hope that Kamala wins in November – because if not, and our democracy dies, it will be your fault.

And this interviewer asks what Raskin wants to see moving forward. I think he already got his wish. What more does he have a right to ask? Always digging!

Yes! They can give me a big fat I told you so in November. But we will never know if we needed this coup.

But rather left a bad taste in my mouth. Still voting blue, but I will look at Raskin with a jaundiced eye for the time being.
