Remember how Trump's justification for firing Comey was that he unfairly opened an investigation of Hillary 10 days before the election in 2016? Republicans wanted that investigation. This is why I can't stand Republicans. They talk out of both sides of their mouths.

I’d think they have zero standing for such. However as others have pointed out, our courts are stuffed with MAGAt judges and justices who are just Trump political operatives.
