I really don't get it, either. Men with no medical degrees are making these decisions for those they will never know. Rhiannon12866 Jul 20 #2

Im a 70 year old white male. A Veteran. Happily married for 50 years. Law abiding. Tax paying. Generous. Obviously a Democrat. I have no desire to interfere with women and their health care and their desire to live and thrive in the land of the free. I have no desire to subjugate and control women. That is what weak men want and dare I say religious zealots. If I could be granted one wish it would be that men could not vote in the 2024 presidential election. If you don’t vote for women you don’t vote for anyone’s freedom. It’s really quite easy to understand.

And what is often left out of these discussions is the fact that in so many of these cases, the woman's life is on the line from either a non-viable fetus that is killing her or an ectopic pregnancy that could cause the woman to bleed to death. In these cases, a so-called "abortion" is necessary to save the mother's life and give her a chance to try again to have a much-wanted child. But these deciders, with no medical degrees, give no thought to this - despite the number of women who were in this position who have come forward.
