'Rust' armorer plans to file dismissal after Alec Baldwin trial

"It was a pattern of misconduct, and it was at times crazy the lengths they went to hide this evidence to put it in a different case file, different case number and not tell anyone about it," said Jason Bowles, Gutierrez-Reed's defense attorney

"The trials have to be fair, first and foremost, in this country, and the state was not playing fair, and the judge rightfully threw it out," said Jason Bowles, Gutierrez-Reed's defense attorney.

"When Mr. Teskey couldn't get Mr. Bowles to take them [the live ammo] because they were the best evidence against his client," Morrissey said while on the stand.

"Those rounds, I asked forever for the state to test. Morrissey told me she would be getting those rounds from Tesky through law enforcement in Arizona, but she never went and got them," Bowles said.

Now, Bowles plans to file a motion to dismiss Gutierrez-Reed's case and get her immediately released.

They said conditions were unsafe.

Movie producers looked the other way, it was a tight budget and they were fine
with cutting corners.

Baldwin was careless and broke at least two sacred safety rules, but he assumed it was a prop gun.
And it would have been too, if not for the set's armorer dropping live rounds into the cylinder. That was well beyond careless.
