Now, Bowles plans to file a motion to dismiss Gutierrez-Reed's case and get her immediately released.

2. Yes some of the crew on the Rust set, walked off as well weeks before the death.

They said conditions were unsafe.

Movie producers looked the other way, it was a tight budget and they were fine
with cutting corners.

3. Someone has to be liable here, and it isn't the gun.

Baldwin was careless and broke at least two sacred safety rules, but he assumed it was a prop gun.
And it would have been too, if not for the set's armorer dropping live rounds into the cylinder. That was well beyond careless.
