Warren 2020
Related: About this forumTwo arrogant, self entitled, wealthy men went up against Elizabeth Warren
and both lost their heads: Timothy Sloan and John Stumpf were Wells Fargo CEOs. They resigned in disgrace.
John Stumpf left Wells Fargo & Co. with his image in tatters, lost more than $70 million through forfeitures and a clawback and now faces a government fine and a lifetime ban from the financial industry.

Timothy J. Sloan, the embattled chief executive of Wells Fargo, abruptly stepped down on Thursday as one of the countrys largest banks struggles to recover from a series of self-inflicted scandals ...
Senator Elizabeth Warren, Democrat of Massachusetts and a presidential hopeful, welcomed the news of Mr. Sloans departure. About damn time, she wrote on Twitter. She added, He enabled Wells Fargos massive fake accounts scam, got rich off it, & then helped cover it up.

I remember how Sloan winced every time Senator Warren said 'scam'.
I am looking forward to Wednesday's debate.

(989 posts)I was thrilled with her debate performance. I dont post a lot here but have really been enjoying all the responses to how well Elizabeth Warren did in the debate, here (DU) and on Twitter. I hope that they, the media, will have to pay attention to her now.
