Heads Up on Donations to Biden Via ActBlue

I made a $100 donation to Biden's campaign today via ActBlue only to notice after it was completed that it was being split 50/50 with a group called Americablog. I used the google link below:
https://secure.actblue.com/donate/biden2020 which directed me to what seemed like Biden's page on Actblue. My credit card info was already on file from other contributions.

Be careful when making donations via Actblue that your contribution is not being split with another group unless that is your intent. In the future I will go directly to Biden's website for donations.

Do you think I should post this in the General Discussion Forum since it probably applies to all candidates and not just Biden?

via ActBlue, make sure your contribution is not split . . ."

IOW, don't make it about Biden, make it about facilitating contributions.

If it's on the GD board, the info should be non-specific as to candidate. But donors should know beforehand if their money is being split this way.

Thanks for the heads up!
