I remember when Elizabeth was criticized and attacked when she moved her position on M4A to emphasize that consumers should have a choice to opt-in to the program during a transition period instead of Bernie's version and his team got so angry. Not happy is an understatement.

He wanted to kneecap Obama's reelection. He wanted to damage him. I'll never forgive him for that.

He didn't want to do everything possible to protect and help our nation's first AA president to succeed and thrive... he only wanted to harm him or remove him.

Disgusting.

Fact check: Bernie Sanders ad featuring praise from Obama leaves out important context

Obama did say, "That's right. Feel the Bern!" at the 2016 convention. But he said it while trying to get Sanders supporters to vote for Clinton, not while offering an endorsement of Sanders.

Obama was trying to unite the party behind Clinton after her contentious primary with Sanders. During Obama's lengthy testimonial to Clinton, he complimented Sanders supporters -- and promptly encouraged everybody to vote for Democrats.

I think the debate was good for Biden. It gave him a chance to seem presidential and assuage concerns people had about whether he is up to the task of taking on Trump and being president. And to lay out his plans in a little more detail than I've heard so far, which is probably due to the format of the multi-candidate debates.

As I predicted, this debate was more respectful than prior debates this cycle or in 2016. It was very substantive and you could tell Bernie and Joe don't hate each other.
