It continues to demonstrate why the party is making the correct decision and why letting people like Sirota run your campaign can lead to a strategic disaster. Self-awareness really isn't Sirota's thing.

10. :) For sure. But Sanders hired Sirota twice to do exactly what he is doing.

Sirota (and the rest of the attack dogs Sanders hired/drew to him) reflects Sanders attitudes and lack of awareness.

Now that voters are taking a closer look at who and what the man himself is, not just focusing on the enticements offered, and not ignoring his massive contempt for most Democrats, darned right more of it has to be helpful.

And as we see, Sanders is continuing to oblige. Just yesterday he said virtuously that he doesn't talk negatively about his friend Biden, while he sicced his attack dogs on his friend.

Seriously, while Sanders may be forced to tie them up farther from the road, I don't believe he'll ever understand what's literally and morally wrong with their attitudes toward most people. I'm sure he's incapable of understanding that those incapable of understanding or respecting the large mainstream of the people should not be leading them. He is a true believer in himself.

I hope Bernie won't let his campaign destroy the good he has done in promoting and informing on healthcare for all.

I'm "elite" now!

I've always wanted to be elite, but for my entire life I've been mired in mediocrity.

Now, thanks to Mr. Sirota, I'VE FINALLY BEEN DEEMED ELITE!

Thanks, Mr. Sirota. You don't know how much this means to me.

7. Bernie isn't losing because of...

"the media elite", "the corporate elite" and "the political elite". He is losing because older voters like me are not voting for him. We are not voting for Bernie because he's a self-described Socialist whose policies and promises are so far to the left that he has no hope of defeating Donald Trump and because having him as the nominee wold endanger the ability of Democrats to have a majority in either the House or the Senate. These "elites" have nothing to do with it. David Sirota tweets complete nonsense on a regular basis.

My concern with Sanders is that we won't have any progress with healthcare, because he would push for medicare for all which has a very low chance of being implemented. It will be hard to convince people that their private insurance has to go away so they can be forced to use something that is unproven. It's easy to get people who are uninsured or under-insured to sign off on that, but there are lots of people who are "fine" or in some cases like their private insurance, and who are afraid of change. Those folks will resist and encourage their representatives to resist such changes. Meanwhile folks who are uninsured and under-insured will continue to go without while that battle plays out. It's far easier to push and defend a well funded public option that covers everyone who needs/wants it.
