1. The Univ. of Idaho is in a later time zone and often switches election results.

I used to be a reporter there when national TV networks called a presidential election for a Republican Governor and then the University results came in an hour later and flipped it to the Democrat. I was the only reporter who called it right and insisted the paper not go to print reporting the wrong winner.

There was about a 10% spread between those candidates before the later results came in.

If students turn out, Sanders could nudge into the lead here, though he appears to have lost at least 3 states tonight, winning only North Dakota, with Washington too close to call thus far.
